This current pandemic has everything twisted around. Mental health being one of the hardest hit things. The first two weeks of this pandemic, I was not ok. I was not ok at all. I eventually had to make the personal decision to try to get back to my normal life, as much as possible.

I’m home 23 hours of the day. I go for one 30 minute walk each day. I make sure I get dressed up in a way that makes me feel good and I photograph it. Because that makes me feel positive, and like I didn’t waste a day of productivity. It gives me drive and accomplishment over an easily undertaker like depression. The days I get myself dressed up and snap a picture I have the drive to do other projects and plans. It’s a positivity catalyst for me.

There is no wrong way to handle this pandemic. If you’re struggling mentally, talk to someone. If you’re doing good, share that. Encourage people who may not be in the same head space. Either way, do what makes you, feel like you again.
